1. Introduction
Welcome to GPT Image. By accessing www.gptimage.org (the "Site"), you

2. Intellectual Property
The images and digital artworks ("Works") presented on this Site are
unique and the exclusive property of their respective creators. Any
unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these Works
constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.
3. ApeGPT Collection
The ApeGPT collection is an exclusive series of 100 unique images,
each limited to a maximum of 100 copies, bringing the total of the
collection to 10,000 elements. Each NFT in the ApeGPT collection
represents a unique digital artwork and is limited to a specific
number of copies to preserve its exclusivity and value.
4. Non-Affiliation with Cryptocurrency Wallets
The Site never requests user data related to their cryptocurrency
wallets. We disclaim any responsibility for the disclosure of your
wallet information to third parties.
5. Sales and Third-Party Platforms
Sales of the Works will be conducted exclusively on third-party
platforms such as OpenSea, Rarible, and others. We are not responsible
for transactions carried out on these platforms and encourage you to
consult and comply with the terms and conditions of these respective
sites.
6. Transfer of NFT Ownership
When an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) is purchased or collected via a
third-party platform, the ownership of that NFT, as well as the
associated Work, is transferred to the new owner.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available"
without any warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness,
or reliability of the information provided on the Site. We disclaim
any responsibility for any damage or loss resulting from your use of
the Site or its content.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All
modifications will become effective immediately upon their posting on
